Terms of Use
These terms are an agreement between you and [Nenrin Company, LLC] (the "operator") about your use of Nenrin, at app.nenrin.ai and nenrin.ai. By creating an account or joining the waitlist, you agree to them. How your data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
Who may use Nenrin
- You must be 18 or older.
- One person per account.
- Keep your Google account secure. Anything done from your account counts as done by you.
- Nenrin is invite-only during the private period. The operator can end access at any time.
What Nenrin is and is not
Nenrin is a tool for self-reflection and record-keeping. Kiko is an AI guide that asks questions and writes down what you say. Nenrin is not therapy. It is not medical or psychological care. It is not a crisis service, and it is not monitored. Kiko never gives advice, diagnoses, interpretations, or ratings.
If you are in crisis, call or text 988 in the US, or call your local emergency number.
Your record
You own what you enter. You give [Nenrin Company, LLC] only the license it needs to store your record and to show it to you and to anyone you choose to share it with. You can export your record and delete it at any time.
Sharing with a therapist
Sharing is your choice. You decide per category, and you can revoke it at any time. A therapist is a reader you invite. Nenrin provides no services to any practice and is not a practice's record system. Nothing in Nenrin creates a duty on anyone to monitor your record.
Therapist readers
A therapist who accepts a client's share agrees to the following:
- Access is read-only.
- Keep clinical notes in your own system. Do not put private notes in Nenrin.
- The record is the client's own tool. The therapist does not deploy, configure, or deliver care through it.
- Check your own state's rules on AI in practice before you read a client's record.
A therapist may leave one short note that the client can see. The client decides what to do with it.
Subscriptions and trials
Pricing at launch, planned and subject to change: a 14-day free trial, then $19 per month or $149 per year. Billing is handled by Stripe inside the app. You can cancel at any time from the app. Prices may change with notice to you.
If your subscription ends, you can still export your record and delete your account.
Acceptable use
- Use Nenrin only for your own life story.
- Do not enter unlawful content.
- Do not try to access another person's record.
- Do not scrape or copy the service.
Availability and changes
Nenrin may be unavailable at times. The operator may change, pause, or end any part of it. Export your record if you want a copy.
No warranty
Nenrin is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, [Nenrin Company, LLC]'s liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
Termination
You can stop using Nenrin and delete your account at any time. The operator can suspend or end your access at any time, for example if you break these terms. After termination, your data is deleted as the Privacy Policy describes.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state where [Nenrin Company, LLC] is formed, without regard to conflict of law rules.
Changes
If these terms change, the new version is posted at this address with a new effective date. If you keep using Nenrin after that date, you accept the new terms.
